Red or White I Can Enjoy Both!
I’m always open to try a new wine! If I’m just sipping I tend to go for a nice red. However, a cool crisp white can also be so enjoyable. My wife Sally loves her chilled, buttery chardonnay. It’s easy for me to join her with her favorite.
I prefer to be more choosy if food is involved. For sure, I want to pair the right red with my meat entree and a good white with my poultry or seafood. You probably do too, but can you break the rules? Absolutely! It’s your own personal taste. Like we used to say back in the 60’s “If it feels good, just do it!”
